Brian began his career in the construction industry out of college as a product / Installation manager for one of Atlanta’s largest Suppliers & Installers of specialty residential construction products.  He quickly moved into a facilities manager role, and then into materials acquisition as the company’s purchasing manager covering 6 facilities throughout Georgia and Alabama, before transitioning into commercial real estate & project management.  As Project Manager at Scott Contracting, Brian excels in estimating, project management, materials acquisition, and contract negotiations.   In his 20+ years in the construction industry, Brian’s understanding and skills with logistics, scheduling, problem solving, and responsive honest communications with property owners & tenants has led to trusted relationships with his clients.

 

Brian grew up in Atlanta, GA and attended the University of Georgia where he received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree.  Brian, his wife, and their two dogs currently live in Jefferson, GA.  One of his main loves is being a strong supporter and fan of college athletics, specifically football and women’s gymnastics. He enjoys outdoors activities at the local & state parks throughout Atlanta (hiking and biking) and fishing trips to out of state locations to meet-up with extended family and friends.
